Camp Volunteer Application

This is an application for a volunteer position to participate in the Colorado Elks Association (CEA) Youth Camp. Before seeking a volunteer position, please read and agree to the following requirements:

• Accept the vision & values of the CEA Youth Camp
• Complete an application for volunteer service
• Authorize a background check to solicit information for a record of criminal history, at no cost to the applicant
• Authorize inquires to references listed on the application
• Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to relate to others
• Work with people representing diverse populations (economic, social, cultural and ethnic)
• Commit to function as a team member
• Attend volunteer orientation
• Commit to volunteering for the entire three day camp.
