Dining Room/Hall Rental
The Littleton Elks Lodge provides facilities for many types of events, e.g. weddings, reunions, meetings, all with ample parking.
We offer a full service bar, walk-in cooler for same day food storage, dance floor, table & chairs for up to 200 people, PA (Public Address) System for announcements.
Anyone renting the Dining Room / Hall will be required to pay a $200 cleaning deposit and the appropriate rental fee 1 month prior to event. The $200 cleaning deposit will be returned once confirmation the dining room has been cleaned by renter and approved by Lodge Staff.

Regulations and Covenants of Renter / User:
- Maximum number of occupants for rental is 240.
- 5 Hour maximum, plus 2 hour set up and 1 hour clean up.
- User / Renter will be responsible for cleaning and taking out trash upon conclusion of event.
- Ovens may only be used when member is renting the Dining Room / Hall and only to keep food warm. NON MEMBERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE OVENS. NO ON SITE FOOD PREPARATION OR COOKING.
- Walk in cooler may be used the day of the event to keep food cold. Must sign for key.
- Decoration, Glassware, Flower Vases, Candle Holders, etc. will not be furnished.
- User / Renter shall not damage, or in any manner, deface the premises. If damage should occur, user will pay Littleton Elks Lodge #1650, any amount necessary to restore from damage or replace damaged items.
- NO TAPE, STAPLES, NAILS, CONTACT STRIPS ARE PERMITTED. HOOKS FOR DECORATIONS ARE PROVIDED.
- User / Renter shall not assign this agreement to another party without written consent of the Littleton Elks Lodge #1650.
- If destruction by fire or any other casualty or unforeseen occurrence that shall render the fulfillment of this agreement impossible or impracticable, this agreement shall be terminated. User / Renter hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation for such termination. This includes labor strikes or other matters beyond control of the Littleton Elks Lodge #1650.
- User / Renter agrees to hold harmless, Littleton Elks Lodge #1650, its Directors, Members, Trustees, Officers and Employees against any and all claims and charges, and to defend, at renters expense any and all such claims and charges.
- The Littleton Elks Lodge #1650 shall not be responsible for damage or injury to the user, user’s agents, servants, employees and guests; the renter hereby expressly releases Littleton Elks Lodge #1650 from and agrees to indemnify it against any and all claims for such loss or damage.
- User / Renter shall be responsible to pay when due, all fees or charges to any firm, person, or corporation, incurred outside of Littleton Elks Lodge #1650.
