Fred Giveans Recognized with Grand Exalted Ruler’s Outstanding Service Commendation
Fred Giveans was recently presented with the Grand Exalted Ruler’s Outstanding Service Commendation for the 2025–2026 fraternal year in recognition of his exceptional dedication and longstanding service to Littleton Elks Lodge #1650.
Fred served as Chair of the Lodge Bingo Committee during my year as Exalted Ruler in 2025-2026, as well as for many years prior. Through his steady leadership, countless volunteer hours, and commitment to the success of the Lodge’s gaming operations, Fred has played a major role in supporting the Lodge’s charitable mission and long-term financial stability.
This prestigious national recognition from the Grand Lodge is awarded to members whose service and contributions have had a meaningful impact on their Lodge and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
